The earlier branding and communication lacked consistency and clarity. The project had an existing brochure that didn’t do justice to its premium image, and there was no strong area branding to create recall among potential buyers. Visitors arriving at the site often found no billboards, direction signage, or on-site branding to connect them with what they had seen online. As a result, even though digital campaigns, conversions remained low due to a fragmented brand experience.
How we solved it
To amplify visibility and reach, BRIM executed targeted digital paid campaigns, designed to attract high-intent leads and strengthen brand recall. BRIM stepped in to redefine Ozone Tuscany’s overall brand presence — both online and on-ground. We began by recreating the project’s brochure, giving it a refreshed visual language that maintained the brand’s identity while enhancing its premium feel. Alongside this, we introduced comprehensive area branding and designed way signages that guided visitors intuitively towards the site. On-site boards and branding elements were added to ensure that every visitor experienced a seamless transition from curiosity to conviction.
